In recent years, one of the practices that is spreading the most in all sectors is that of gamification.
Knowing how to use gamification and game design tools and principles in business contexts allows to create different experiences that can involve users, promote virtuous behavior and improve individual performance. By exploiting the principles of game psychology and the main game design tools, gamification is an extremely versatile tool that finds its application in numerous areas, from marketing, cultural heritage and training, to business and industrial sectors.
Thanks to this course, participants will learn how to conceive and design gamified experiences applied to different sectors, using the GaDD (Gamification Design Document) tool.
