Who is this course aimed at?

To access the bootcamp it is necessary to possess a basic knowledge in the use of computers, and to have passion and curiosity for the world of IT and Information Security.

Learning Outcomes

This bootcamp is only the first step in your journey to become a trained professional in networking and grasp the basics of Ethical Hacking with solid skills in the use of wireshark technology by which participants will learn how to to capture network packets and investigate network traffic

At the end of the bootcamp you will have knowledge that allows you to further develop in the field of Ethical Hacking and IT Security being able to access more advanced intrusion techniques of Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment.

Teaching Arrangements & Technical Equipment

Bootcamp delivery mode: on-site training

The lessons will take place Monday to Friday as follows: 10:00-13:20 and 14:10 -17:40.*

*The hours indicated are intended as academic hours of 50 minutes each.

Minimum hardware requirements

Notebook: dual core 64-bit on x86-64 CPU | 8GB RAM (4GB for Host + 4GB for V.M.) | HDD / SSD: (40GB for V.M. Windows + 10GB for V.M. Linux)

Principal Network Architect

Stefano, graduated in Electronic Engineering and Mathematics, currently works as Principal Network Architect with an international telecommunications operator.

He has about thirty years of experience in Networking and has been involved in the design of IP networks since the birth of Internet in Italy in the 1990s.

In his current role, he deals with the definition of access architectures, new SDN and NFV solutions, architectures and design of IoT (Internet of Things) and Industrial IoT networks. He led POCs based on LoRaWAN protocol and POCs with IoT platforms from various vendors.

He holds networking, IoT / IIoT and mathematics courses at Geeks Academy.
