Scenario
For many years, "Analytics", graphical or tabular representation of data-inferred knowledge, has been the key tool for viewing data and addressing business decisions. However, the use of these tools is limited to areas of analysis where the context evolves slowly over time or where the amount of data managed is relatively small.
In fact, the current hyper-connected world, in which large amounts of data (Big Data) are produced from countless sources, both internal and external to companies, and often with unstructured formats, requires new software tools for data analysis.
"Streaming Analytics" software and frameworks by analyzing and performing actions on real-time data, through the use of continuous queries, fill perfectly this context. Streaming Analytics connects to external data sources and allows existing applications to integrate data or update an external database with processed information.

This course will start with a text(Log) file or a cvs that contains millions of data rows, and then perform a real-time data ingestion and data cleansing, in all useful ways, without limits. It will be taught how to visualize data in Kibana, how to perform data operation, and how to create a dashboard using Kibana.

The course is structured in 4 main modules that can also be purchased separately:

- BIG DATA ANALYTICS - ELASTICSEARCH;
- BIG DATA COLLECTION & CLEANSING- LOGSTASH;
- BIG DATA MONITORING & VISUALIZATION - KIBANA;

The minimum requirements for participation are: basic programming knowledge, basic knowledge of scripting languages, basic knowledge of XML, basic knowledge of linux systems.
It will be possible to decide a training process with the Academy Management or to get access to the basic Big Data Entry Level module.

A solid background that allows you to acquire a comprehensive know-how of the Project Management cycle, including requirements analysis, application development, testing and inspection. Furthermore, the capacity to develop new Web technologies and BIG Data analytics.
